Please allow me the pleasure...

...of introducing my sister's brand new baby to the blogging world. Isn't she beautiful? I love those tiny chunky cheeks! And look at that Mommy. It is incredibly hard to believe that she just delivered a baby looking that good! I'm so proud of you Michele! This baby couldn't be more wanted, more adored, more anticipated, or more loved...it's just not possible. On behalf of our entire family, we love this baby so much and we are so anxious to get to know her!

p.s. Welcome to the "Pam toe" club, baby. It's a very exclusive group and I am glad to have you be a part of it! :)

She is here!

The newest addition to the Reeves family was born at 1:46 pm and she is 7 pounds 8 ounces, and 19 inches long. I hear she is beautiful! Mommy and baby are healthy and are spending their first moments together. I'll update with pictures as soon as I see them. Congrats Reeves, we love you guys!

Beautiful girls!!

Ok, so I need to do this before I have my baby. I wanted to post some so cute pictures of my girls. I was so sick last summer that I did not get around to getting Madi's and Emily's Birthday pictures taken. Then Avery's Birthday was in December and I was able to take her. I have felt so bad procrastinating what I really needed to do, so last week I finally did it. I took them and we had a Great experience!!! Previously when we took them to get their pictures taken they would complain, ask how many more, Emily would smile a little differently :0. And I would be swetting the whole time trying to get cute shots. This time they were loving it, they did whatever the photographer asked, laughing and having fun. It was so nice to just sit back and watch them be so cute and during that time I also noticed how grown up they are looking. Where are my babies? It happens to quickly!! I love you Madi, Emily and Avery!! You make me happy! We are all so excited to have this new baby in our family, she is coming March 4th. I am going to be induced. We do not have a name that we are set on yet but when I have her my sister is going to do a post.

My little Avery and Madi....

We took the kids to the Dinosaur museum today for fun family time.We went into the souvineer shop first then I took Madi and Emily to the bathroom. When we came out Avery was crying so I picked her up and she was still not happy. Travis then told me that he had picked her up and she started crying a minute later. He did not know if she hurt her hand on the rock wall behind him or if she had gotten hurt while he was picking her up by her wrists. She was not moving her arm or hand at all. So then we dicided that we needed to leave the Dinosaur Museum which I felt so bad about because the girls were so looking forward to it, but we knew we needed to take Avery to the Dr. So we left and the girls were sweet hearts they were so understanding. We ended up finding out that she had a nurse maid elbow. It was slightly dislocated and the Dr. had to pop it back into place. When the Dr. told us that she was going to have to twist her arm and bend it to pop it back in place and that it was going to hurt her I lost it. I cried for my sweet baby. It was partly my pregnancy hormones too I am sure. Anyway the Dr. did it and she was a little sad but it was quick. She was fine in just a few minutes. Travis felt horrible for picking her up like that and hurting his baby.On the way to the Dr.s she even fell asleep with a slightly dislocated elbow, kids are so tuff and deal with things like that so well. Then while we were there I had Madi checked because she had been sick for a couple days and this morning she had a rash, we found out she has strep. But she did not ever complain of a sore throat. Another example of how easy going and tuff kids are. I am so greatful for Dr.s and modern medicine.

Bye, Bye Baby...

Yesterday I was practicing Piano with Madi and Avery was supposed to be sleeping. Although I knew she was not I left her there while we finished. Then Emily says "I think I can hear Avery coming out of her room" and sure enough she was. She climbed out of her crib. She was so proud of herself and did not want anyone to help her out when she woke up this morning. So we all watched her climb out of her crib and she was very cautious. My baby is to big for a crib, What happened???

My girls are growing up tooo fast...

Yesterday we picked up Madi from school and on Fridays we take Madi's friend Landon home. Madi loves to show Landon to our car. She looks like she feels like she is his mom. Then we get in the car and Madi puts her arm around him and says "Mom look at my buddy and I". I respond with "oh yep, nice". Then we get to Landon's house and Madi and Landon decide that he needs help carrying his poster into the house which he did not because he carried it out of school just fine on his own. But I went along with it and told her to come right back. Which she did but while she was gone Emily said "Mom I wish I had a boyfriend". I was so surprised by her comment that I started laughing. Then I jokingly said "maybe when you get in kindergarten". I can not help but notice how fast my girls are growing up. I did not even know she new the term boyfriend. It reminds me of the songs Don't blink by Kenney Chesney and Your Gonna Miss This by Trace Atkins. I do not want to miss out any part of my kids lives. I love hearing about their day and their thoughts. My girls make me Happy!! I love you cuties.

Old Friends...

Tonight we had one of my best friends from Elementary, middle school, and high school come over for dinner with her family. We had so much fun!! Shannon and I were so close and tonight it was just the same as it was before. Shannon has two beautiful little boys whom my girls loved. They did not want them to leave. Emily even asked one of them to marry her. :) Silly girl. We loved being able to spend time with you guys. I hope we can get together again soon.
